Postage

Our standard UK postage is free of charge and your parcel will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We also offer a UK tracked service for £3. We recommend this option for high value orders and you will be provided with a tracking number by email if you choose this method of shipping.

Our international postage rates are based on the total weight of your order:

Orders within the EU: £5.00 per kg (estimated delivery 5-10 business days)

Rest of the World: £7.50 per kg (estimated delivery 7-14 business days)

Returns

We offer a no quibble returns policy. Simply return the unwanted item within 14 days, unused and in full resaleable condition with the packaging intact and we will assume your order is cancelled and will issue you with a full refund.

In the event that you require a replacement good, please notify us in writing, either by post or email to arrange the replacement item. Please state why you are returning the item – this ensures that we can improve our service and products in the future. When returning goods please obtain a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.

We endeavor to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days
